Nasher Sculpture Center

Project Description:

The UX research project aimed to drive more online revenue and engagement for the Nasher Sculpture Center, a reputable museum in Dallas, Texas that exhibits contemporary sculptures and has an annual Nasher Prize for global sculpture artists. The project had three main objectives: content strategy, user research, and interaction design.

To achieve these objectives, the project team audited all of Nasher's digital content, enhanced its search engine optimization, and created a better online membership purchasing experience. Additionally, the team designed a new prototype for Nasher's website to provide a better online engagement experience for visitors.

The project aimed to build more user loyalty, ultimately encouraging them to become visitors and members, and to increase revenue through membership purchases and private event reservations.
